Sarah showed our red brush coat girl Chuie at Hillsborough and got Bitch Challenge and Best of Breed, This was Chu's first ever time with Sarah and we are very proud of both of them.
Deb and I are thrilled to let you all know about the great weekend that we had at Hillsborough Shows on the weekend of the 15/16th of November 2008.
Our good friend Sarah Matwijow who has been working with us and our dogs for a number of years now has made her debut with our beautiful Snowy this weekend. Sarah has been working with Destiny our other girl since she was a pup, but has not been in the ring yet with her.
Deb and I are so proud of Sarah and Snowy, it was a huge step for both of them to take, and they hit the show ring like they owned it, what a great weekend.
Sarah and Snowy won their class on Saturday, and competed in the bitch challenge line up. On Sunday, they won their class, they won bitch challenge and went on to win a 10 point best of breed under Mr D. Chapman from NSW, The Non Sporting ring erupted with cheers for these two, they worked as a very competent team.
Young Tulsa Rumney and Snowy also competed in the Junior Handlers and Tulsa did a great job and handled Snowy really well. Tulsa is looking forward to joining the non sporting ring in the New Year with his own dog in the conformation classes.
Deb and I would like to thank these two young people for showing and interest in the sport and having a go, without these young people, the dog world does not have a great future, as they are the dog showing future and more young people should be encouraged to have a go.
Well done guys !!!!!
